We adhere to a fundamental core value of conducting business operations in
a manner which places the safety of employees, subcontractors, clients and the public ahead of all other business considerations.

We understand that the key to improved recycling and cost savings of waste management is education and awareness.

All our major contracts include a roll-out and delivery of recycling and general waste management awareness training to all employees and subcontractors through the NWA Recycling and Waste Management Program.

This includes pre-mobilisation induction training, tool box training campaigns, poster campaigns, daily pre-start sessions, and access to an online learning portal, which can be tailored to meet clients’ needs.

NWA has access to a large, multi-skilled workforce, and the capacity to resource contracts adequately. Resources are carefully planned, and NWA can mobilise resources from alternative sites when / if required.

NWA uses the industry’s leading mobile dispatch, tracking and reporting system, the Paperless Truck System (PTS), which provides excellence in operational management and safety by operating as an in-vehicle monitoring system.

As part of our PTS, clients can access regular Waste Data Reporting, including reports detailing waste volumes, site locations, landfill diversion rates and expenditure.

North West Alliance is firmly committed to supporting the communities in which we work and live, recognising that we need to form partnerships with the community if we are to effectively address more sustainable outcomes.

We endeavour to give back through various approaches, including school initiatives, landfill diversion strategies, and community engagement through supporting events and clubs.
